Maybe they should write this in stone and put it up next to every elected officials office. The grandest one should sit right at Malacanyang's gate.

My favorite #5: Thou shall not kill other candidates, members of political parties and party list groups & voters.

And here we are in the U.S. worried about whether we should use electronic voting devices, counting hanging chads, and whether people who are qualified to vote actually exercise their rights to vote.
