when medium is mild

I'm in the suburban south bay where there is nothing really "walkable" and the medium salsa at Baja Fresh is really mild. I think they mean medium "flavor" has opposed to heat. It's a nice break from the campus. I imagine what my life would have been like if I picked a more "corporate" life. Being a techie, the clothing doesn't change much. Jeans, t-shirt are standard geek fashion.

Tie Quan Yin green tea keeps me awake, never goes bitter no matter how much hot water you pour. Quan Yin always watching out for me.
