USA today has an article on Community Supported Agriculture like Full Belly Farm which me and my sister subscribe to on a twice monthly basis. It's still rather quite a culinary trick to find recipes that can use the various ingredients. So far I've cooked Porteguese white bean and kale soup, quiche, stirfry with tofu. But I must admit there have been other weeks where they practically go straight to the worm bin in those weeks where we just don't get around to cooking them. It's a learning curve.
