when you watch too much Buffy

I had originally thought about doing the tango. Needed an excuse to find a sexy dress, wear fishnets, and a boa. But after weeks of making our way through Buffy the Vampire Slayer Seasons 1-7, tango got tangled and followed the muse towards "The Laureate" curated by Eileen for the Small Press Traffic's Poet's Jamboree.

"The Laureate" will feature many a blogger excercising a few acting chops including: Rona, Rhett along with Dennis Somera and Caroline King. Dennis is also performing in Paolo Javier's ten minute play, "A Play, a play". Word is, he's playing Nietzsche. So, should be an interesting night.

OK, so no tango, but the play is full of ray guns, knife fights.

I have a few bit parts in it myself, so I may still wear that sexy dress, fishnets and a boa. Someone has to!
