Twenty years after Marcos was ousted, 9500 claimants of human rights abuses under the Marcos regime will be receiving money. The money $2 million deposited into a NY brokerage account in 1976, now worth $40 million, (there's a reason to have your money invested) will be split evening amongst the claimants.
