wines that rock! (Thanks to Mr. B for the recommendations):

Pepperwood Viognier (either and '03 or an 04) - wonderful nose, honeysuckle
Shenendoah Valley Barbera 2003 (which won the San Diego Wine Festival last year) - really incredible wine with a great bouquet: plum, berry, finished with a light pepper
Sauvignon Blanc (barrel tasting) - I think also Amador Valley, crisp, tropical fruits: mango, papaya
Obsession Symphony (a wine varietal developed at UC Davis) - just enough sweetness, peaches, crisp
