Can hear all about Friday's Pizza and Poetry at Escape from New York Pizza place from Tatang and Barbara Jane. Word was that Friday was one of the biggest crowds at Poetry and Pizza that they can remember.

As to Elz's "confession" of thinking that the "poetry folks" in college were wierd, well, I actually was honored by it. She doesn't think we're wierd now, and currently surrounds her life in poetry. I was happy for her actually and thought, "it's never too late for poetry."

Elz also clued us into her trick to getting revved up for a reading. She was so impressed by one of Barbara's readings, she used her name as a verb and told herself to "Barbara-Jane-Reyes out!"
