One thing I miss from Camiguin: Fresh Seaweed Salad. I especially miss this seaweed that was like little grape bunches that exploded in your mouth. [eyes roll back into head]. And people say Filipinos don't have vegetarian dishes, there are actually tons of wonderful vegetarian dishes from young fern to seaweed to mongo.
