busted again

As security agencies throughout the globe share more and more information, looks like people who got busted for shoplifting in 1975 are being turned away at the Canadian border. There are ways around it of course by filling out a request to the Canadian government. Apparently, this has always been the case in Canada, it's just that they never had as much access to US criminal records as before, so they couldn't really check from 30 years ago.
